Project Overview
Designed as a vacation retreat for a couple from Houston, the house and gardens were also planned to accommodate visiting family members and weekend guests. The house is sited on a 23 acre lot with magnificent views to the west toward the Jemez Mountains and eastern views to the Sangre de Cristos.

The angled walls are used to frame and accentuate particular views and to fit the house to the contours of the site.
