Project Overview

The first LEED Gold new building in New Mexico, the Santa Fe Prep Library is a 20,500 SF facility housing a new library, classrooms, and offices. Water harvesting, daylighting, xeriscaping, and non-toxic materials are among the sustainable features.

Energy efficiency, water collection to be used for irrigation, water conserving fixtures, extensive daylighting, and low-toxicity materials are just a few of the many environmentally friendly features of the building.
